Roberts, Cherry and Company is a member of the Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center of the AICPA. The Center's primary purpose is to promote the importance of quality employee benefit plan audits and the value of such audits to the purchasers of employee benefit plan audit services. 

We provide third party administration (TPA) services to a variety of retirement plans ranging from law firms to trucking companies. Our TPA services include discrimination testing, employer payroll matching calculations, ERlSA compliance consultation and various special projects as requested by our clients. The greatest value we bring to our TPA clients involves ERlSA compliance consultation because many small business owners do not understand the ERISA laws regarding qualified retirement plans.

We partner with C. Louis Ray, CIMA, AlFA of FPL Asset Management, LLC (FPL) to assess the ERlSA plan compliance with standards to ensure our clients have the highest quality professionals working for them. With over 19 years experience in investment management consulting and formal training in investment fiduciary responsibility, Louis personally serves FPL's largest institutional accounts.
